Hubby and I did a little moving of furniture today. We are not sure which couch looks better in this room. Please give us your thoughts...should the leather couch go here OR the taupe couch?

I LOVE the leather couch there! It really stands out against the wall color. and fits the wall better. And since you have the leather chair in there it just looks awesome!
Definetly the leather! The darker color looks better. The other couch looks too small for the room and other furniture. Besides I won't fit on that couch when I come over to sleep :-)

leather for sure. if you really like the taupe then I'd suggest painting the wall behind it darker.

I love the leather couch in that room! It looks FABULOUS!!! Glad you are safe from the fires!
I just looked at it again...I like the contrast the taupe couch brings but I still think I favor the leather!!! I hope those fires are out soon!!! Take care!!!
Well, looks like you have your answer...leather. I agree with the majority.
The black leather sofa looks spectacular. It brings the room together.
